good ramp, haste and pump up for edh?

not familiar with this colour combination. I would like some suggestions on ramp, giving haste and pump up spells.point is to ramp Atarka, World Render in as fast as possible, give her haste and pump her to 11 power to swing for 22 commander damage the turn she comes out.

I also want this to be legal in 1v1 commander,so no sol ring allowed!! :)

Pump spells are bad in EDH. Use equipment or auras for longer-term value.

Xenagos, God of Revels and Aggravated Assault could be beneficial. Also Moonveil Dragon and Hellkite Charger can do the trick for you
