Help with U/R Artifacts Deck

I've finally found a commander that I like for my dream deck, now I just need to tune and tweak it until it's perfect.
I'm aiming for this deck to be more aggressive and consistent than Daretti, Scrap Savant but less cruel and consistent than Arcum Dagsson. Unfortunately, I'm not all that good at healthy mediums.
Any advice would be appreciated!
I would agree wholeheartedly with goblinguide on Nin, as I run a cEDH tuned Arcum Dagsson deck, and I seriously contemplated going to U/R with Nin. With all of the low CMC artifact creatures available, your ability to draw early in games is devastating to opponents.

Nin, the Pain Artist artifacts
Is my build. Vedalken Shackles plus Nin is absolute gas. It's slightly out of date as ive made Breya my "artifact" deck, but this is still what I would use as a base were I to remake it.

I've heard that Nin, the Pain Artist is the best general for UR artifacts since you will often have loads of colorless mana and she is a free draw engine to get the artifacts you need, she adds a lot of necessary speed to get your gameplan going
you definitely want the Mycosynth Lattice / Vandalblast combo to win games, and lattice + Darksteel Forge makes you very hard to interact with
personally i would combine the ideology of daretti and arcum into one superpowered artifact deck, after all, having both colors gives you the best of both worlds!
