Added Hour of Revelation as another comprehensive board wipe, whose potential cheapness also combos somewhat affordably with Soul of New Phyrexia. Removed Fumigate to make room, but might consider instead swapping out Supreme Verdict due to a lack of blue decks in the meta.
Added Overwhelming Splendor as a player-level removal spell and alternate Academy Rector target. Will almost always nullify a problem player and its (ugh) Humility effect should buy a lot of time to assemble a critical mass of control spells. To make room Wurmcoil Engine unfortunately goes the way of the big metal spiky dinosaur.
Also considering but not yet added: Approach of the Second Sun as an alternate win condition in the face of permanent hate/GY removal, that is legitimately quick when paired with a Scroll Rack or Windfall.
