I would get rid of one Blasphemous Act and add a Slagstorm instead of running it SB. Sometimes that last 3 damage is all you need to mop up. Probably would swap a Gitaxian Probe with it too!

What are your thoughts on Desperate Ravings ? I have been considering it for my U/R Controlled Burn deck.

Desperate Ravings is a nice card because it gives CA, but only if you're already running 4x Think Twice is it worth it unless you have a good reason (i.e. Burning Vengeance . Still, its always sad to see yourself dump a Chandra, the Firebrand into the graveyard >.<

Desperate Ravings isn't really in there for being more effective (even if it is), it's just meant to be a fun alternative to Think Twice. Once a Timmy, always a Timmy.

I don't know about Temporal Mastery and Thunderous Wrath, they just seem expensive. Also, maybe just a few more creatures. Maybe Frost Titan. Also, why no ponder? If you are going to run the Avacyn Restored cards with Miracle, it would help you set it up.

Also, in the way of creatures, I would main wurmcoil.

The Miracle cards are just a test, I'll most likely end up removing a bunch or all of them all together. In a deck with some instant-speed draw and Ponders as you suggest (thought I had included them, guess I didn't), they're scarily good.

I tend to find Frost Titan a little underwhelming. It's just not as good as its fellow Titans, as it doesn't give card advantage in any way (Sun revives, Grave makes dudes, Inferno kills things, Primetime makes lands).

Maining Wurmcoil would be good, but I'm not sure what to pull as the other two beats I run are very good at what they do: enabling me do burn my opponent out. However, they are my backup beat of choice in case they're running something my Titans can't blow up.

I love U/R and this deck looks a lot of fun.I would do 4 Ponder to help with Miracle. I do not know how strong Miracle will be, but it will be a lot of fun. I would suggest even more card manipulation if possible, not sure the best option but another Ponder like card is good for miracle.

I'm not sure there are any other very effective Ponder-like cards in Standard ATM, and I would have a fourth one if I could spare any more room.
