what are all the bad combo pieces trying to achieve?Paradox Engine + mana rocks: fine. Find some nice mana rocks. Since this is marked as a modern deck, you don't get to use Sol Ring. Not even if it has modern lay-out. Same goes for Tolarian Winds, Mizzix's Mastery, and Read the Runes, which are not modern legal. MindStone is pretty good for this type of deck.
Tron lands (urza's this-and-that) are useless in this deck. You need 4 of each, as well as at least 4 Expedition Map to have any hope of assembling all 4 of them. And they don't combo with Paradox Engine, so maybe they should be cut?
You play 4 Foresee, but no Serum Visions? That seems to be the wrong way around.
The creatures of the deck seems random, and useless in regard to the combo. Cut, and replace with 4 Thirst for Knowledge, and extra combo pieces (you want 4 of each anyway, I guess).
