I have a similar deck to this but I went jund to get Vexing Devil . I use Abrupt Decay over Putrefy as Rest in Peace is a card and a lot of people use it in their side board. I can see that this is a budget deck but if you want to make it competitive Dark Confidant , Liliana of the Veil , Vexing Devil and Overgrown Tomb would make your deck better.

All in all I like the deck and it should do well. I would put in Stinkweed Imp over Golgari Brownscale and remove Vampiric Link entirely. You are trying to kill them your life does not matter.

Well comparitvely you dont run early turn mana your match lasts longer than mine does. I like the dark confidant he playtests good. As for the land I had intended duel lands however I was trying to stay budget.
