Flash in Dictate of the Twin Gods on opponents end of turn. Untap for your turn and cast Spawn of Thraxes, preferably via Generator Servant for the haste, and swing for lethal.
5 Mountain will do 10 damage, Spawn of Thraxes will finish him off.
Stormbreath Dragon monstrosity can also kill an opponent, as you can monstrous at instant speed and do double damage with the Dictate out.
