Thanks so much for all the support and feedback on the deck! as of right now I am somewhat in a holding pattern due to the current pandemic, and the fallout from it, so the deck will probably not be changing until after Ikoria, and the included commander pre-cons come out. Hopefully we'll be getting some good reprints and/or new cards to further improve the deck.

Specifically, for the near future I'll be looking for more card draw/selection including Rhystic Study, Sylvan Library, Sensei's Divining Top, and Scroll Rack.

Friendly reminder to try and support your local LGS during this trying time, as they are typically small businesses and operate on thin margins. My local store has delivery and curbside pickup but if yours doesn't, try calling and buying gift certificates, or paying in advance for in store credit. The extra cash now can really help them get through to when they can open up again.

In the mean time stay healthy and be responsible. Thanks again for the support and stay tuned for many updates over the coming year!

As someone who also has a Sliver Overlord deck, I'm very surprised to see you not running Unsettled Mariner and Diffusion Sliver for the innate protection they provide to your pieces. Often times your opponents' just won't be able to pay for the tax while you build your combo.

Biomancer's Familiar (2nd copy of Training Grounds) and Seedborn Muse have made their way into my list as the only non-sliver pieces because of the value they provide.

CrimsonWings3689, I have taken the Diffusion Sliver in and out of my deck. I've realized that my current meta focuses a lot more on mass removal and hardly any targeted removal so I just haven't found it that useful. If and when the meta begins to shift I will definitely be slotting it back in and may look into picking up the Unsettled Mariner as well.

As for Biomancer's Familiar and Seedborn Muse they are both very good cards and I'm sure they would be useful in this deck but I do want to keep it on somewhat of a theme, so I only include slivers (changelings are fine too because they still technically are a sliver). While I want the deck to be powerful that is one constraint I have placed on it.

Thanks for the suggestions though I'll take a look at your deck for some inspiration.
