Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the Library of Leng + Null Brooch combo doesn't work. I only know because I wanted to run it in my deck.

Here is the ruling from 10/04/2004:

You can’t use the Library of Leng ability to place a discarded card on top of your library when you discard a card as a cost, because costs aren’t effects.

Since the part of Null Brooch about discarding is before the colon, it is part of the cost.

Interesting list for sure. Not sure what kind of meta you play in but I find that cards like By Force, Shattering Spree, and Abrade, to be very helpful. I've contemplated running Jester's Cap recently since I do play in more of a combo meta so I might give it a try.

Brainstormer Do give Jester's Cap a try! It is not hard to use it 3 times in one turn. One of the things I like to do is throw it out there and say "the first person to mess with my board state gets this....."
