This is quite an intricate deck that feels almost familiar in a way to Mike Longs ProsBloom.

It plays pretty straight forward as to playing an early Lotus Cobra and then following up your third turn with an Omnath or Uro and very quite possibly both with the right cards. (This may not be the play but if you go aggro it's definitely a choice.) With Cobra and Omnath both out on top 3 lands minimal, you can play a Fabled Passage into ten mana (Gaining 2 from Cobra, 4 from Omnath, and 4 from tapping lands) to either Lithoform + Valakut (it's better with more lands) or drop in a decent sized Shark token. Cleansing Wildfire acts like a sort of Manamorphose alongside the Cobra and can act as a sort of denial if needed.

To keep this going you would simply need to blink Omnath, and continue Lithoforming out until both Valakut and Omnath kill your opponent EOT. If you can Lithoform more than once, your opponent will most likely die sooner than later. Although I'm sure there are a few better cards for this. Dropping an Ancient Greenwarden and passing the turn with a main deck Heroic Intervention leaving a fetch up is a good way to quickly end the game (possibly).
