This is my County Fair deck. I had purchased 2 sets of 1,000 commons and uncommons from Amazon, My wife and I had just started playing magic together after I had given up the game for a long time (quit just as Kamigawa was coming to a close). I was able to build this deck from those lots, and I have since revamped it quite a bit to include better cards.

I have made a ton of updates, its quite different than it was, and to be honest the only thing still in it from the original version is the Forest's and the Fairgrounds Trumpeter 's The core concept is still there, I just got better cards, so I took the original description and build notes and removed those.

I made a number of updates, too numerous to even bother trying to catalog them all. I tune my decks daily. Just something i do, and have always done. This deck only bears a little in common with the original form.

I have noticed some slight counter creation issues, in that if i dont have a creature that by itself gets a counter, it wont really get any for a bit, for instance Bloodspore Thrinax if i dont feed a Servant of the Scale to it (really its his favorite food) then he just kinda sits there until someone gives him a pellet.
