This deck can somewhat consistently win on turn one or two, is completely modern legal, and is cheap money-wise.

T1: Cast one of many one drops with haste in this deck. Use a second source of mana (e.g. Simian Spirit Guide or Gemstone Caverns), use that for Assault Strobe/Double Cleave, and then Blazing Shoal with a high CMC for game.
