Took out the two copies of Authority of the Consuls because they didn't do a whole lot. Dropped the Hallowed Fountain and Port Town. Moved both copies of Stony Silence to the sideboard. Added two copies of Aven Mindcensor and two copies of Ethersworn Canonist, and tossed in a couple of Path to Exile just 'cause.

This deck, looks amazing. I've been looking for a modern deck that's not super expensive for awhile now and this takes the cake. It has really powerful control, a strong win con, and really cool creatures. I would suggest a few things however. 26 Lands is a bit much, I would probably go down to 23-24. Also Authority of the Consuls seems kind of lame in this deck, I would probably just put in another Thalia, Heretic Cathar, if you really like Authority though then I would just throw one in the sideboard. Then might I recommend Ethersworn Canonist, this seems to fit with your theme of locking down the opponents turns, and goes really well with Fatespinner. I'm super hyped to test this deck out, +1 to you!

Thanks for the feedback and the +1!

Honestly, Authority of the Consuls is in there mostly because I love lifegain and have a hard time putting together any deck that doesn't have at least something that gives me life. But you're right, I could probably just sideboard it and pull in another Thalia. And I think you're right: Ethersworn Canonist looks like it'd be a perfect fit.
