A weird burn / control deck, you use Stuffy Doll Spitemare and Boros Reckoner to redirect damage to your enemies, it makes your enemy weary about attacking you and lets you use insanely cost effective creature only burn spells to kill your opponent.

So I already mentioned the creatures this deck uses but the other cards are pretty simple so I'll quickly summarise them, Browbeat it's draw power, you either keep your hand full or put your opponent closer to death.
Shivan Meteor and Into the Maw of Hell are great as they deal 13 fucking damage to your opponent out of nowhere. Shreds of Sanity lets you reuse some of your spells which is awesome in the case of meteor. Zada, Hedron Grinder is kind of out of place, but he lets you multiply your spells, seriously imagine the following, you have two creatures that can redirect damage in play, you suspend Shivan Meteor and then while it's suspended zada hits play, once meteor goes off your opponent takes 26 damage.

There's two more cards in here that are pretty obvious, Galvanic Bombardment and Devour in Flames are just burn spells, now I have a pretty limited knowledge on red since I just started playing it recently, if you can think of any cheap upgrades that'd be greatly appreciated.
