Adding Proactive Discard —May 29, 2015
The deck is now more efficient with netting hand presence with the direct aid of Underworld Connections, though Waste Not dose this as well . Yet my issue is that I am not making my opponent discard "quality" cards; this is primarily due too my route of making them discard "quantitatively" or through methods that also benefit my field presence. My best example is Ravenous Rats; yet I am finding more and more that I need to be forcing my opponent to selectively discard cards I want them to discard. What i am saying I need more aggressive target discarding, which means I need to do "proactive discarding". But I need to get these cards on a budget, meaning NOT having a single card cost $20!
In short: I am looking for recommendations for cards that are better discard cards than am using that: A) do selective discard and B) is budget.

I run a mono green infect but now I want to see how this deck runs. +1 for the awesome idea and good selection of cards. Being newer at the game though I wouldn't suggest anything to upgrade the deck considering it is also a budget deck like mine. :)
