Got really bored and decided to make a deck that only uses cards with Thunder or Lightning in the name (except for the basic lands). Went with mono-red to ensure I will have the mana, otherwise would've went with a White-Red-Blue deck so I could use Lightning Angel and various blue cards.

It has a good amount of burn spells (Lightning Bolt, Thunderbolt , Homing Lightning ), some buffs for the smaller creatures like Lightning Berserker and Lightning Mauler (I'm looking at you Lightning Talons and Thunderous Might ), and some big dragons like Thunderbreak Regent, Thundermaw Hellkite, and Lightning Shrieker (or dragons that can become big like Lightning Serpent ).

Cards like Ball Lightning, Lightning Serpent and Lightning Shrieker allow for quick and heavy hits as you also burn and remove your way to victory.
