Spy Kit + Gaining legendary status

If I have Spy Kit equipped to a Grizzly Bears, and any other nonlegendary creature, say Ornithopter, and Ornithopter becomes legendary (ie On Serra's Wings), is the Grizzly Bears still named “Ornithopter” in addition to its other names?

Spy Kit grants the name of all cards in Magic who's Oracle text has the card type creature and not the supertype legendary, and does not look at the creatures in play. For instance, a Saproling Token is not a card name, and even if a physical, non token card becomes a copy of it (such as Clone), the equipped Grizzly Bears will not gain the name "Saproling Token." Likewise, if you have a legendary creature (for instance Isamaru, Hound of Konda) equipped with Spy Kit and Ornithopter enchanted with On Serra's Wings, both creatures will be legendary creatures that share a name, and thus subject to the Legend rule, so you'll have to choose one to keep and send the other to the graveyard.
