I forgor how Garruk's Uprising works with anthems in play because I am teh dum

I have Garruk's Uprising in play, with an anthem giving +1/+1.

I have a 3/3 token ETB.

Now, when GU checks to see the power of the creature that ETB, is it going to see a 4/4 because it gets a +1/+1 boon, or is it going to see it as a 3/3 because that's what actually entered the battlefield?

Basically, I didn't have a 4/4 ETB. A 3/3 did and it was modified to a 4/4.

So I would NOT draw a card, right?

Anthems (Glorious Anthem et al.) have static abilities that modify P/T of creatures. These abilities always apply as long as the permanent with the ability is on the battlefield. There is never a time when the creature that entered was not a 4/4 and you will draw off of Garruk's Uprising. Similarly if you have a base 1/1 enter with Dictate of Heliod out it will not trigger Mentor of the Meek because a 3/3 entered, not a 1/1.

It depends on the details of the anthem. Something like Gaea's Anthem that gives a flat bonus would allow you to draw a card off Garruk's Uprising; the creature enters as a 4/4. I assume this is the situation in your question.

On the other hand, something like Good-Fortune Unicorn would not let you draw a card, since G's Uprising sees a 3/3 enter and get modified once it's already present.
