How can I make Creatures in my deck/hand into Artifacts?

So I came across Mishra, Artificer Prodigy and came up with the idea of making a Persistent Petitioners deck with it. The idea of getting a second petitioner off of every cast sounded insane, and would likely be even worse in EDH. But I couldn't find anything that would do it. The hope was something similar to Maskwood Nexus but instead of changeling, making the creatures into artifacts.

Yeah, making the spell into an artifact is something I don’t think is possible. There’s plenty of ways to make permanents into artifacts, or change other properties of spells (mainly the color).
I just can’t think of anything that does what you are looking for. Did you try doing an advanced search on scryfall or gatherer? You can search for the keywords you were looking for, and see if there’s any results.

Thanks for the help, it seems like there isn't anything printed that will achieve exactly what I'm looking for. Perhaps its a good thing, this seems like a strong game plan, especially if you could ramp into the combo pieces. Thrumming Stone seems like the closest thing to achieve this game plan, unless there is a way to work off of Liquimetal Coating and similar effects.

Mycosynth Lattice is the only thing that i know. but does it help, it only makes the spell colorless
