cards that utilize cards in exile

Are there any cards in MTG that utilize cards in exile? I'm making an ETB flicker deck, and I'd like to also use cards that give me an advantage with exiling. Like +1 life for each exile or whatever.

Yorion’s banned, but you probably want to aim for something like this.
I see from your list that the cards you’re considering currently aren’t at all great - I wouldn’t suggest running any of these outside of Ephemerate and Soulherder. I’d suggest staying away from any other suboptimal flicker spells, and ensuring that your etb-creatures do a LOT more (like the ones in the list i posted above)

Anything that triggers with a "leave the battlefield" effect will trigger when something is exiled. There also is Soulherder, which specifically triggers on exile.
