So! I'm a huge fan of legacy's manaless variant on dredge, and it's just so explosive and super fun to play and with SOI dropping a few new goodies (Stitchwing Skaab, Prized Amalgam) it got me thinking, is there a way to streamline manaless into modern?
No. There isn't. But I can try.
I'm just unsure about it. Am I missing something? Maybe overlooked something?
This is my creation. It works decently well and feels as close to manaless as possible.

I've played against something similar, and I was impressed by its effectiveness.

@ChiefBell It's basically just dredging creatures that can trigger themselves onto the battlefield, while piling Bridge from Below into the yard, After that it's just a matter of sacrificing them to Demon of Death's Gate (Or as Boza uses Greater Gargadon) to sacrifice those easily recurring creatures to trigger Bridge from Below to flood the board and swing wide.
Legacy variants use Dread Return (hence the manaless) on Flayer of the Hatebound or Flame-Kin Zealot to close out the game
EDIT: You probably know all that, but for those that are curious.

Played Modern BfB a lot, and consistenly going off around t4. A few times it was t3.
One time it was on t3, making 9 zombies with a Demon At Death's Gate, whilst bringing back 3 Bloodghast from a fetchland. I had a Call to the Netherworld in hand a 1 mana open. Brought back another demon to the hand, cast it again saccing 3 bloodghasts, for a total of 54 power on t3.
Good times.

Yeah, I really like the demon in the deck, it's a wicked alternate win con. The deck is feeling pretty consistent now.

I posted a comment on the deck and came up with a cool idea for a sac outlet to trigger bridge afterwards - Demon of Death's Gate. You just have to draw it or you can play Call to the Netherworld for additional copies.
This actually sounds promising. Now, a cheap free discard in black is Raven's Crime, which can also be cast from the yard...
I'll post a deck here when this is more fleshed out.
