what if every draw for turn was a tutor?

it would slow the game down, but how would it change deck design and the game itself?
is there a card that does this? it would be cool if there was. make it a symentical enchant world, that could read: when a player draws for turn, that player instead searches their library for a card, draws that card, and loses 1 life.
I suppose it would be a blue/blue dimir card, or if I could insist, a black card. Lets call it 'Demonic Preceptor'.
mana cost? three black?
If it's of interest I'm experimenting with using Maralen in a Sisay, Weatherlight Captain deck, mostly because Sisay can fetch out Maralen at instant speed, so I'm not stuck hard casting her and letting opponents find removal to off her before I can get Opposition Agent out. It's a Bracket 4 list, and it's technically a lock on new cards for opponents, unless they can exile and play them somehow, and with Oppo I can technically find interaction or win cons as needed. So far it's been a cool idea, but in practice I seem to draw Maralen more often than I see Basic Forests, and I run 6 of those in that list, and the deck has almost no ways to use her from the hand if it doesn't also have Opposition Agent (and I never seem to draw that one because it's independently a good card. I know I know surely I'm just not noticing when I random into Oppo and always noticing when I random into Maralen (because she's such a bad card in hand), but it FEELS like I draw her way more).

Maralen of the Mornsong is about as close to this effect as you're going to get. Every draw step becomes a Grim Tutor, and it's got a killer hard lock combo with both Opposition AgentGC and Stranglehold. Ob Nixilis, Unshackled won't make you any friends, either.
Or you could just be friendly and use it as free tutors for everyone.
