Stonehorn Dignitary Alternatitive

I am looking for a card with similar ability that costs at least 1 mana less. Any solutions out there I dont know of? I am not trying to find a card that would make it cheaper to bring out I am trying to find a replacement for it that is cheaper so I can use it with Sun Titan
There are no cards in Magic's history that do that in the form of a permanent for 3 mana or less. There's Empty City Ruse , False Peace , and Moment of Silence , but those are all instants or sorceries.

The whole "When this enters the battlefield___" is what Im capitalizing on. The point is to bounce Stonehorn or the alliterative I want.I am using Venser, the Sojourner and if I could find a 3 mana Stonehorn I could flicker 2 cards with vensers ability.

How about Peacekeeper ? Let it get sacrificed or bounce it during your turn so you can attack and then bring it back with Sun Titan to effect your opponents on their turn.
Maybe something like Wall of Glare or Palace Guard to block everything each turn and then be brought back to do it again a few times?
Not quite what you asked for but maybe it could work.

You might also consider cards bounce creatures like AEther Adept and Man-o'-War . Kor Hookmaster can keep a creature tapped down for a turn. Detain cards like Azorius Arrester and Lyev Skyknight can fulfill similar roles.

you could try Fatespinner , although it really isn't the same.
