How does Veyran, Voice of Duality work with cards like Seething Song?

Does it make twice the mana?

Also what about sorcery and instant cards that make you draw a card like Opt?

It doesn't copy the actual spells, it only copies abilities that are triggered by casting spells. So your Thermo-Alchemist will untap two times for casting one Seething Song.

If you want to draw additional cards due to Veyran's ability, you need Archmage Emeritus, it doesn't actually matter what instant or sorcery spell you cast.

Chandra, Hope's Beacon and Double Vision can actually copy the first instant or sorcery you cast per turn an additional time, but that's because of the ability on the planeswalker and the enchantment, not because of the spells you cast.
