Except in a Nekusar deck or any other forcefeed deck.

I know a guy that runs it in a Scion of the Ur-Dragon deck. It effectively lets him "reset" his options at no cost in long games, and with a lot of graveyard-focused decks locally, serves as a form of disruption for their plans.

I'm thinking about its use in an Azorius control deck.
Is it good as a control card for "Oh s!#, I need to find an answer right now" situations?

Dig Through Time is better for that, it being instant and all. The graveyard hate part is OK, but you are playing white, so there is plenty of access to that. For me, in Commander, this card asks "Can you copy me?". If the answer is yes, then go for it, if the answer is no, I would be cautiously optimistic about it.

I would just go ahead and use it, regardless of deck type if you've got one. Yeah it gives them a new hand, but if they are tapped out, could be the difference between a loss and a surprise turn around.

I seriously debating putting it in my Scion of the Ur-Dragon deck, and it would not be awful in my Surrak Dragonclaw deck either. I think deck with a generous amount of tutoring would get more than enough benefit from it.

If you can double your mana at all, it's totally worth it. Similarly, it helps you stay out of topdeck mode and can recycle your graveyard. I'd say its a worthy inclusion.

If you run it, run Psychosis Crawler alongside it and make everyone mad.

That's just typical Nekusar, the Mindrazer tricks, though. Could go on all day: Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Phyrexian Tyranny, etc.

Best wheel effect card ever it's a worthy include in any deck that runs but probably not worth going out and trying to find one if you don't have it already or if your not running a Nekusar type build but if you are get it!

I would play it in any deck that can copy its effects like Melek, cause its insane-o bonkers then. Or Jhioira. Basically anything izzet.
