I really like Syr Konrad, the Grim + Blex, Vexing Pest  , as Blex still hits the creature count

Completely reworked the deck to get out Konrad with the Vat of Rebirth, but the Stalker is also super neat and in the words of a barely known videogame con artist: It just works
