This is a very inconsistent mono blue combo deck that uses Sindbad to draw our entire deck, that has 55 lands, btw

The combo is as follows: Retreat to Coralhelm + Sindbad + Walking Atlas . You can also use Retreat to Coralhelm + Walking Atlas to play all the lands you have in hand, might be handy if you have the second Retreat to Coralhelm in hand

To finish the game, I use Increasing Confusion, because it goes to our graveyard and we can use all the lands we have to cast it for X=30 or more

I think the consistency could be increased a little, since it is now at 1% as far as I know
