THE "REPRINTED" DECK SERIES is a collection of five decks that were built from Magic's set of most reprinted cards. For many older players this deck series will be like stepping into a time machine and re-living the glory days of Magic in the mid-to-late 90's, given that most of the cards in this collection have been 'retired' from competitive and even casual play. For newer players, these decks will give them a chance to understand what deckbuilding used to look like, and why focusing on timing and tempo made more of a difference than simply setting up game-winning combo with overpowered cards. In order to make this deck series accessible, affordable cards from the "Reprinted Set" were selected. Something to keep in mind is that each of these decks were crafted to be played against themselves as though they embody their own format, although they can certainly make for good sparring partners against more modern decks.
