You should focus more on actual milling mechanics to take advantage of "Consuming Aberration" and "Nighthowler". I'd drop at least 1x "Thassa, God of the Sea" since you have very few blue permanents to devote to her. I also don't think "Jace, Architect of Thought" belongs in this deck. If anything you could include 1 more Memory Adept, but I think 2 is enough. I'm still trying to figure out how to properly run a build like this, but I think it should be something like this:

Are you going for control or mill? If mill u need 4 Consuming Aberration , Breaking , Mind Grind , Tome Scour , etc. Using stuff like Hover Barrier , Wall of Frost , Omenspeaker all help devotion to Thassa. Which I run 3 of cuz her power is my win con in my deck The new mill (Theros).
