This is a heavily updated version of one of my favorite $5 builds: $5 Red Improv. Use zero-cost artifacts like Ornithopter, Bone Saw, and Cathar's Shield to play powerful creatures like Sweatworks Brawler, Enraged Giant, and Barricade Breaker as early as turn one. Inquisitive Puppet and Sentinel Totem scry early; Implement of Combustion draws cards late. Fast, fun, and ridiculously cheap.
