I would love some help with making this idea into a more robust deck. Please and thank you!

Try to control opponents mana. Limit how much they have, limit how they use it. Punish them for tapping things. Force them to tap things.

• Destroy Lands with Strip Mine and Sinkhole
• Make opponent pay life to use lands with Psychic Venom and Contaminated Ground
• If they do get anything out, slow them down and make them pay for it again with Boomerang, Unsummon and Far. Also, make them pay for it even more with Slow Motion, Seizures and Norn's Annex
• If they won't tap their lands to lose life, Rishadan Port or Mana Web will. If they won't tap their creatures, Trip Noose will.
• Mana Web is even more crazy because with a slow motion, they are going to have to blow through all their land on their turn. They would have nothing left for any responses during my turn.
• Wand of Ith is just a jerk
