Mono-blue merfolk

• Base is a large number of merfolk creatures which have flash and flexible abilities, together with a couple of counterspells and bounces.
• Deeproot Pilgrimage + Subterranean Schooner as a token-producing engine.
• Mindspring Merfolk as a disposable 1-drop, but the exhaust ability is very good if I ever get to a turn with 4 spare mana.
• Rogue's Passage to enable a final push through of damage.

Possible changes:

• Sideboard is still working
• I know I can go back to blue-green (with Cenote Scout + Sentinel of the Nameless City ), but I think the mana does become worse.
• Unable to Scream is great removal, but also it just creates a ground-chumper.
