Nantuko Shaman
Creature — Insect Shaman
When Nantuko Shaman enters the battlefield, if you control no tapped lands, draw a card.
Suspend 1— (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay and exile it with a time counter on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.)

There is not much in your colors for card draw, I don't know if you need it. Here are a couple good options for it though Yavimaya Elder , Nantuko Shaman , Explore , Citanul Woodreaders , and Bequeathal . Explore looks the best to me, but yavimaya elder seems pretty good too.

It definitely isn't optimal, I am having trouble finding an effecient creature for that spot. I see most black Pauper decks running Gurmag Angler (often trouble getting to 7 even with Delve), and Gray Merchant of Asphodel (not enough devotion), but those really don't fit the deck well.
I've tested out Nantuko Shaman, Golgari Brownscale, Byway Courier - none seem to provide the above-the-curve midrange goodness of Putrid Leech.
