Beamtown Beatstick
Artifact — Equipment
Equipped creature gets +1/+0 and has menace. (It can't be blocked except by two or more creatures.)
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player or battle, create a Treasure token. (It's a colourless artifact with ", Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any colour.")
Equip (: Attach this to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery. This enters the battlefield unattached and stays on the battlefield if the creature this card is attached to leaves the battlefield.)

The issue with a creature based aggro version of the deck is that Jade Avenger is only a 4/4 in combat. As a 2/2 it is far too easy to remove with pretty much any piece of removal. Low cmc and low stats usually makes a pretty bad host for a beatdown strategy. They should still be run. A 2 mana 4/4 blocker is amazing, plus it adds pressure and baits removal, and is interesting with Polliwallop. The issue is it just cannot carry an aggro strategy. Frogmite supplements it okay but you don't have enough card draw to assemble a bunch of frogmites and avengers. Beamtown Beatstick and Sticky Fingers don't provide evasion or toughness so I don't see them as runnable. Leather Armor is a decent choice to keep equipment, making it really expensive to remove one of your frogs without too much tempo loss for yourself. Might have to wait for bloomburrow 2 electric boogaloo for frog aggro sadly.. If you don't mind I'd like to make a more defensive decklist of this idea :>

I hate the more "typical" suggestions but to maximize Stickytongue Sentinel you should definitely run Experimental Synthesizer. It's extra card selection and so much more mana efficient than Papercraft Decoy, and still fills the artifact slot for affinity. Unfortunately it means dropping multiple copies of a frog so more of a flavor choice. A more interesting suggestion (r.i.p. your mana base) is Scrapyard Salvo. Nobody will be expecting it. Sac all of your artifacts to the munitions and throw out 6 or 7 damage to face for 3 mana. Run bolts or more control elements mainboard and you have frog burn. To keep as many frogs as possible, what I see for cuts are just Prizefight and the Beamtown Beatstick (or Sticky Fingers if going for the salvo taking the flavor loss). I'm surprised there are no Spore Frog's in the deck but considering it takes a creature aggro approach they aren't as good. If you go control or burn they are 100% needed though

Beamtown Beatstick: A sidegrade of Prying Blade (costing instead of ), this humble common is AFAIK the cheapest menace-giving Equipment so far (with the exception of Eater of Virtue, but that requires some setup). More generally, its saboteur ability is pretty much universally useful to trigger and obviously synergizes with menace.
