Library of Leng allows you to discard to the top of your library without revealing the card, so you treat it as though it has no abilities. This actually means you cannot get the food of Bartered Cow because at now point is it revealed that the card has any abilities. For reference:
603.2g If a triggered ability's trigger condition is met, but the object with that triggered ability is at no time visible to all players, the ability does not trigger.
701.8c If a card is discarded, but an effect causes it to be put into a hidden zone instead of into its owner's graveyard without being revealed, all values of that card's characteristics are considered to be undefined. If a card is discarded this way to pay a cost that specifies a characteristic about the discarded card, that cost payment is illegal; the game returns to the moment before the cost was paid (see rule 726, "Handling Illegal Actions").

I know that it allows boosts from discarding, such as Bartered Cow's food generation, but how does it interact with Instants/Sorceries with Madness and/or Creatures with Madness. In perticular, are you able to cast then tuck them, or can you only do one? (Before making a verdict, refer to the Gatherer's rulings and erratas as this magic card is very wonky)

I recently saw a great tech in this article that really sparked the creativity together with this deck.
The list near the bottom uses Tortured Existence to loop 2 Bartered Cow to create a food token for each black mana you have. This will trigger reckless fireweaver and if the artifact dies, say to Atog, the disciple will trigger as well. The food tokens can also stave off aggro decks.
I will make sure to brew a Tortured Cow Disciple deck and share it :)

I don't think Bartered Cow is really doing a lot for you. Getting rid of this card would let you play Golgari and that would be a more consistent deck. Just an idea.
