Endemic Plague
Sorcery
As an additional cost to play Endemic Plague, sacrifice a creature.
Destroy all creatures that share a creature type with the sacrificed creature. They can't be regenerated.

I feel like Endemic Plague fits the theme but you would need some shapeshifters in the deck to make it actually viable.

Your current build does allow you to use Jegantha the Wellspring as a companion. Unless that changes, there's no reason not to.
For boardwipes, the obvious one is Cyclonic Rift, but it's pricey. I don't really understand the utility of Guilty Conscience except as creature removal, so something like Swords to Plowshares is probably more effective.
An interesting one is Endemic Plague, which would destroy your creatures too, but only works if you have Maskwood Nexus out. Other options are Fell the Mighty, Extinction, Magister of Worth, March of Souls, Nevinyrral's Disk, Planar Collapse, Retribution of the Meek, Sublime Exhalation. My pick besides Cyclonic is Nevinyrral's Disk, but it sometimes makes you a target. You might also consider Sedge Sliver to keep some of your slivers around.

Really like Endemic Plague. With Olivia Voldaren I can put on Darksteel Plate and start sacing stuff. My only concern is that my opponents will most likely have a way of making all of their creatures indestructible.
I know of Bonds of Mortality, but it isn't in her colors. I could splash but then I'd have to look for another commander.
Right now, my options are:
- Splash and find another commander
- find cards that bypass indestructibility in and
Any suggestions other viable commanders or cards?
Also, big thanks for Plague Sliver. This will come in handy very much.

If you want to punish opponents for having creatures and wreck their fun, Stax is really the way to go. While the mutual nature means you're limited in the creatures you can run, it's still a powerful control archetype.
Here's a couple other options:
-
Plague Sliver is a pretty nifty card if you have anyone who runs Slivers, but that's pretty specific.
-
Caller of the Hunt could be a pretty fun card against decks that go really wide.
-
With Olivia, you could capture an opponents creature and sacrifice it to Endemic Plague, but you'll want some way to make your own commander indestructible, lest you kill her as well.

SmokeyBear15,
Endemic Plague sacing a changling is basically a 33 cent Damnation.

Why Endemic Plague? I get that it is situationally good against other tribal decks, but it will certainly kill your whole field. What's the benefit?

If you had more creatures with changeling on your deck I would suggest Endemic Plague as a budget option to Damnation.
