Playing Disentomb is not casting a spell from a graveyard, it is just targeting a graveyard. Cards with flashback would be an example of casting a spell from a graveyard. From the Gatherer rulings: 10/1/2012 Ash Zealot's ability doesn't trigger if you put a card onto the battlefield from a graveyard (using Grave Betrayal's ability, for example).

Okay, I read the rules wrong on the card. I thought it said flashback doesn't trigger it. I was confused. Now it makes sense

Not Unearth, as it (Fatestitcher) is an activated ability (written "cost: effect").
The spell must be cast from the graveyard via Flashback or an effect such as Yawgmoth's Will or Gravecrawler. Returning cards to the battlefield or hand (Disentomb or Zombify) does not count as casting them.

You have to actually cast the card from the graveyard. Moving a card from the graveyard to the battlefield is not the same thing.
For example, Reanimate wouldn't trigger Ash Zealot's ability, but flashback would.

No. Disentomb isn't cast from a graveyard, and it doesn't cause you to cast anything from a graveyard. It just returns a target card in your graveyard to your hand.
