Havengul Lich Deck ideas?

Anyone got any fun ideas of Havengul Lich now that Gatecrash has dropped? I've been dying to use him but there has been nothing good since Mirrodin rotated out.
Who's got good ideas for the Lich now that we've got Dimir cards?

BUG Ramp? You've got stuff like card:Ranger's Path, Farseek and Urban Evolution which would work really well with the mana requirements to utilise him. Possibly with Mutilate and Chromatic Lantern to really take advantage of those extra lands...

Undercity Informer , with any cheap chump blocker - probably Typhoid Rats or card:Jace's Phantasm.
Attack with the creature
1 colorless, sacrifice creature: Mill to their next land
1 colorless: Cast the creature
That would also work with just Undercity Informer , Gravecrawler , and another zombie for less mana. Havengul Lich could be that other zombie. card:Jace's Phantasm will get big after going through the process several times. Deathrite Shaman could provide utility, as Havengul Lich copies its abilities.
