List of artifact creature boosting spells in Modern?

Hello,
I'm basically looking for generic cards like Obelisk of Urd, Adaptive Automaton, Door of Destinies, Vanquisher's Banner, The Immortal Sun,
and in general other artifacts that can boost tribal creature decks.
I prefer cards with cmc 4 or less, and under 5 dollars if possible.

what tribe are you planning to build? Theres no reason to limit the decks lords to just artifacts

Oh, I was basically thinking of relentless rats.
I don't even have a basic shell besides 24 swamps. No Urborgs or swarmyards for me, at least not yet!
I'm a casual player, that's why.

if you're trying to swarm the field with a bunch of Relentless Rats, you probably don't want to stay mono black. you could add green for Collected Company and Descendants' Path. the latter of which stacks if you control multiples. it'd be better to focus on putting multiple Relentless Rats into play per turn and let them buff themselves, than use other cards that buff them. use the remaining deck space purely on removal so the rats can attack unhindered.

Dark Ritual is probably one of the best supporting cards in a casual mono-relentless rats deck, besides swamps. You don't need anything else.

If you're building Relentless Rats, probably the best card for you is Thrumming Stone. Although, the card is about $9 right now.
