Honestly? You are probably better off going with Bogles and entering Modern. Not too sure how Bogles does in Legacy, but Modern it is Teir 2/ 1.5 I think?

I have been toying around with the concept for a while now. Here is my deck list shall we dance. I think Serra's Sanctum is a must include since it continuously gets bigger as you play enchantments. I have also found that the package with Arbor Elf and land enchantments like Fertile Ground is pretty effective at continuously improving the advantage engine. So to me it functions very similar to a standard Enchantress deck and even includes the namesake card Verduran Enchantress.

I see you are trying to do something a bit different with that and it looks like a start to something sweet. I think you are diversified in an odd way with the Stoneforge Mystic package, and you might be better off just playing more enchantments in those spots. Specifically mana producing elements. You want to be able to dump your cards down quickly and Kor Spiritdancer only helps you get them into your hand so some more acceleration that can build as you play is very effective. Also with that you can alleviate the mana color issues with out playing cards like Birds of Paradise since his value is capped at one and is really more beneficial when you have more stringent and specific mana requirements.

Hope some of that helped.
