Creature spells you cast cost less to cast for each 1 life your opponents have lost this turn.

Well I think this guy is pretty damn good. Imagine connecting with this guy on turn 5 and then during your second main phase hard-casting a [[griselbrand for just BBBB, not to mentiona whatever else you may be able to cast due to the reduced cost. If he just lives one turn, he creates huge value. He is a threat that has to be dealt with. Opinions?
A 6/6 flyer w/ trample isn't bad even with the restriction of casting it only if an opponent lost life. The mana cost isn't too hard to come by in a B/R deck.
Listen to that again, let it sink in: a 6/6 Flying, Trample on TURN 4. That's amazing. This can top off the curve in some kind of aggro deck... I don't think the last ability really does anything... I mean, of course it could be amazing in some situations, but I don't that's the reason he'll see play. I might think B/R zombies with be a thing with this guy, as we know B/G zombies already has it made. I doubt the mana would be possible with Grixis or Jund builds, but we'll see.

A 6/6 for 4 should never be ignored. Giving him trample is just icing on the cake. His second ability is probably not going to affect Standad as much as it should. At best I see it leaving open disruption mana as you cast efficient 1-5 drops.
I can see his second ability being baller in EDH, though.

lol. We know. But that's not the point. I doubt even 40% in standard are going to be running removal for 4+ drops, as Abrupt Decay seems to be the removal spell.
The point is, if you don't have an answer, he is ridiculous.
Delver was popular and was a very good deck and it dies to anything... but that's not the point, and it sees play in Legacy, with the cheapest removal around.

Yeah, I doubt he'll see play solely for his ability, as his stats are impressive enough, but I know that the ability is nothing to scoff at. You could cast Zealous Conscripts for just R. Sure, you can't attack with it then, but you can still steal a Planeswalker and do something detrimental. In a Grixis build, you could drop Mercurial Chemister for UR, and now you have two creatures that have to be answered with counter mana open. He has many possibilities is what I'm saying.

An Abyssal Persecutor without a drawback in a b/r deck... nice.Looks like b/r decks have two 4 drop 6/6 fliers now.

I don't know about you guys but I smell a burn EDH with a bunch of big fatties. Think about this I cast Lightning Bolt on my opponent and suddenly that 7 cost costs 4 he almost turns black and red bombs into midrange. I could have a lot of fun with this.

Oh my god, can you please change the name of this forum? I understand that it MIGHT not be possible, but if so, at least ask a mod to delete it... I mean, it's a great card, but it's not so great whenever Rakdos, Lord of Riots autocarding just leads here instead...

Does Rakdos, Lord of Riots last ability end the turn he was cast or does it stay until he dies? The "this turn" applies to the amount of damage done, not the effect itself, right?

As per your post in the Q&A Thread @Nezon7up His ability only works while he is on the battlefield.
