R/W/B mana Base Help

I am constructing a Sorok colored deck for this weekend at FNM. My idea is pretty similar to the "Geist Deck Wins" build from a recent pro tour event. I, however, am missing Clifftop Retreat and Sacred Foundry . Is it possible to make a competitive r/w/u build using only basic land and Hallowed Fountain , Glacial Fortress , Steam Vents , and Sulfur Falls ? All of the colors are there I just dot have the red and white dual lands. Also, how many mountains would you say to include in the basic lands section if I'm looking to keep my mana base around 24 - 25?

What I have in my head now is a playset of each of the above listed lands, Desolate Lighthouse , card:Slayers' Stronghold, and 6 mountains.
