Removal/kill and draw card help for Tiny Leaders deck (Golgari)

I am currently running a Green/ Black Tiny Leaders elf tribal deck that needs better removal/kill creature and draw card spells. Can someone name some of the better black or green cards that fall into those categories here and discuss their alternatives. I would like to enhance the deck. TIny Murderers

What about using a couple equipment in your deck, talking mostly about Deathtouch equipment, maybe Basilisk Collar or Gorgon Flail/Gorgon's Head and that way if destroyed you can get them back with Glissa.
Sure they are not colored cards, but at least they will be reusable

Deathtouch equipments are a good idea, but I sacrifice spells for it.
