Modern B/U Mill

Ok so my brother wants to get in to modern and go with me to play on fridays, but he wants me to make him a mill deck. I haven't played one before, so can i get some help?

The only card that makes mill almost viable is Glimpse the Unthinkable and it's $30Just build burn or infect or something

Breaking / Entering Mind Sculpt Glimpse the Unthinkable Thought Scour are all good modern mill cards

If you're looking for just fun creatures I use Raven Guild Master and Scalpelexis . I know they aren't the greatest but the look on some people faces makes it worth it to me.

Thoughtseize is a worthy inclusion if you are playing discard spells, and I recommend it over Inquisition of Kozilek .

Mill definitely isn't a good deck in modern or any format really. Don't waste time/money on one if you want a deck that will win games ever
