New bannings?

So I was just poking around EDHRec when a message popped at the top of the window saying Sol Ring is now banned.
I don't have a problem with this myself but I can't seem to find this information anywhere else right now... Not on the official commander website, not anywhere...
Does anyone have a link to this announcement?
Hoping if they did do this that they also hit the other fast mana rocks... There is zero reason to ban Sol Ring but leave Mana Crypt and friends...
If there is ever a day to stay off the internet, it is April 1st. You get avoid a lot of stupid stuff that would not fly any other day.

Sol ring has been a commander staple for so long and been reprinted enough that most commander players have a sol ring or two laying around somewhere. I sincerely doubt they would ever ban it outright because so many people would get butthurt about it.

Even if it was not a prank they would have banned Mana vault and mana crypt way before they would ban sol ring

Glad I’m not the only person who hates April Fools day. Have to be cautious about literally everything on the internet and in real life too.

As a "Newcomer" here, you should know how Cantankerous, & Distraught I can be about Joke-Days like this if you want to know me. If there's any joy I can get myself to delve into, at least know the new Tibalt actually sounds hella fun (In my opinion, of course.), & whomever "The Wanderer" Walker is, I admire her.
But I digress.
I literally had to remove Sol Ring from all of my CMDR decks besides my (Regardless...) cEDH Boros deck, which after recent memory, now has more hope than ever. I'll have to remake this though w/ the current version as a base...
Ol' kime is right about being my prime Mana Color, & today already demonstrates such rage inside of me egging to burst out of my mind, & while people see this for a good joke, I see it as cruel, insulting, & if you're someone in, well, areas where physical disorder is a part of your life, & you're made fun of, as a child no less; unforgivable... I apologize for this post as well; I couldn't find anything about the April 2019 Bans either, & JLK is now a part of the Committee. What is up w/ this? Sure, is my secondary Mana Color, but this is only because I have ideas that start as really messy slates. Do I have to add too for being over-orderly?
I feel like a stone cold, self-shunned beast I don't want to be. Trying to throw out a Try not to Cry Challenge nearly 99% or more LOST? Bring. It. ON.
If this is a joke, why in Mary's Mother's name have an announcement that has made me upset all day now, yet to be confirmed? I'm personally dodging YouTube today for such a cause as well.
I'm truly sorry for this post. I just don't like these kinds of cruel holidays. Even Jonas from "The Giver" would say it's a "cruel game". I take full responsibility anyway for being a jerk all this time. & this will never change no matter the situation like this one. If you want me to chill, wait until April 3rd, as April 2nd, is just insult to already engraved injury in one's very existence.
No really. I'm sorry for this post. I just don't like when another likes to use their deception against my own (Which is molecules in size compared to others.). Do I have to act like Holden Caulfield next? He has been stated to apologize like a madman. DX

Basically, this is what my behavior is today this year. I'm nothing like even Squidward either, even if he's the closest to my mind... Do I have to apologize a third time? That's a lot of cruelty already. I'm just upset, that's all. I could've said that from the beginning, but why not express my distraught thoughts about today? Oh well... I'm preparing my Shieldmage abilities in case anyone thinks I've crossed more lines than anyone else ever had, & is most likely right. You guys still rock though; I just feel awful about this... Oh well, I guess I'll keep a close eye on the spoilers for now...
I'll leave it up to you as I'm taking this the worst all around no matter who is a part of this community...

BUMP SO APRIL FOOLS DAY IS ABOLISHED EVEN BEYOND TRUE INFINITY.
Insult to injury begins... Apparently EDHREC took the "Banning" message about Sol Ring down. But my question is simple: Why couldn't they contact the Commander/EDH Rules Committee about this in the first place? This IS a cruel game indeed. Why couldn't they, you know, NOT do that in the first place? There wasn't even an April 2019 update on Commander/EDH either. Not even now. & there is a lot of stuff that's banworthy as well. Sorry, but you know what happened in Game Knights when Jimmy Wong, after being a part of the Live Action Reboot of MULAN, returned; claiming vengeance after so long. So many extra turns, where he could've built his Lavinia, Azorius Renegade deck cEDH-Style. So, w/o fooling me, tell us why that thing on EDHREC yesterday is gone now. Whatever joke you're trying to do, it's comparable to "The Killing Joke", something so many feared to ever make as a part of WB Animation until not too long ago (Yes, it was R-Rated. & yes, despite his ethical code, Batman is a killer. He just won't accept this.)…
Alright, you guys had your fun, just close this already so we can end this nightterror made real for even just one year... (Why couldn't it be forever?)
