Blue/Green cards that let play off the top?

Can someone help me find good cards for BLue and Green that let you play cards off the top? Like Courser and Future Sight like cards?

Most cards will let you play one type of card off the top of your deck, and the comments before me listed the best ones.
You can also consider cards like Sensei's Divining Top and Sylvan Library, as they might aid in the function of the other cards.

Garruk's Horde, Magus of the Future, Oracle of Mul Daya, Temporal Aperture, and to some extent Skill Borrower.
