Nazahn illegal or not?

My friend uses a Nazahn voltron deck. When I looked up how to beat it, your site says Nazahn, Revered Bladesmith and Hammer of Nazahn are illegal in Commander. MTG has a specific list that disagrees. Which is it, and why is it listed here as illegal?
T/O's card legality system is a little behind the times, it would seem. Always check the official Magic card database when in doubt.

Going off of gatherer, neither one of those cards are showing illegal in commander. Both are legal and will probably stay as such.
