Building My First cEDH Deck

So recently I've had the idea to build my first cEDH deck based off of my modern deck HOW MANY VAMPIRES DO YOU HAVE?!?!?! *Primer*. While I know it won't be super Tier 1, I want to get it as strong as possible.
With
Mairsil, the Pretender
as commander the plan is to create infinite vampires through
Bloodline Keeper
Flip +
Intruder Alarm
. You then can win through attacking, infinite damage with
Purphoros, God of the Forge
or
Impact Tremors
, or mill opponents out with
Phenax, God of Deception
. Also, I Should probably mention that I don't really have a meta since I only am only really able to really play online.
