That card is very interesting, I'll definitely pick that up along with spire of industry and try to work it in the deck in the future. I've made a few other changes to the deck, what do you think of them?

4 ofs, always 4 ofs, don't play 3 on the land front.

Fling is eh, you aren't one shotting people. 4 Galvanic Blast seems ideal. Lightning Strike is either worse than blast or worse than lightning bolt. Revolutionary Rebuff doesn't fit, or can be something like Spell Pierce. The pay off for Stoic Rebuttal is your Cancel becomes Counterspell, but given you've put this in legacy why not just play the Counterspell.

You're right about the lands and galvanic blast, I'll change that to 4-ofs, I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the full 4x Counterspell, but it seems much better than what it's replacing so I'll mess around with some proxies for now. I think I'll move Fling to the side board, the main reason I have it in right now is that my friends have been playing combo decks with little creatures, so the quick damage is usually the only way to win.
