Updates (Nearly Complete) —April 17, 2017
Now that the full set is released, this is the build I believe to be the strongest moving forward.
Cards I'm not going to put in:

Shadow of the Grave: Since it says "this turn" all this does is scream trap to me.

Olivia, Mobilized for War: Sacrificing answers to make my drakes 3/3s isn't a good trade off. She belongs in a much more creature heavy version.
Cards I am considering:

Bone Picker: We've got the kill spells to reliably turn it on and this card is a beater.

Never / Return: Planeswalker removal, not sure if I'll need it yet or not... May also use Ruinous Path...
You mean Hieroglyphic Illustration? or is there really a black card that I missed?

Yea that one. I think it would be better than Shadow for just flat out card advantage. However, if you usually have a lot of mana and cards in hand late game, you can do some stupid stuff with like 2-3 cycle cards and shadow.

I like Hieroglyphic Illumination and Pull from Tomorrow more than Shadow and Tormenting Voice but I can't decide between the flexibility of Hieroglyphic Illustration and the raw power of a late game Pull from Tomorrow

That involves cutting 3 cards. Currently I have 2 slots budgeted for this choice. SO what would you cut aside from Tormenting Voice?

1 censor, 1 defiance, but I don't know about the 3rd slot. I would say maybe 1 of the Lili's, but Death's majesty works well with the creatures since they cycle, and haveing only 1 of each Lili doesn't seem worth it. I would probably make it 2 of the new ;Lili's and cut the Innistrad one, but I don't know if you really rely on the old one for more control or not.

Or you could just play 2 of each and leave all 3 Lilianas

Nice deck, +1 from me. Maybe add Olivia, Mobilized for War for the combo with Drake haven. I went for the combo approach with my cycling deck. Any suggestions for my build?(Olivia, Mobilized for War)

To clarify: I didn't go for the Olivia combo approach, I went for the draw-through-your-deck-and-win-with-an-army-of-drakes approach using new perspectives
